Dadlwythwch y daflen ffeithiau: Diogelwch Bwyd: Beth yw'r risgiau o fwyd?
Yn y Deyrnas Unedig cymerwn ddiogelwch bwyd yn ganiataol a phur anaml yr ystyriwn ba risg a allai fod yn gysylltiedig â bwyta. Mae bwyd diogel (bwyd na achosith salwch neu anaf) fel arfer yn rhywbeth y mae pobl yn ei ddisgwyl wrth brynu bwyd yn y DU.
Yn rhannol mae hyn oherwydd ein cyfreithiau diogelwch bwyd trylwyr, ond hefyd oherwydd pwysau gan gwsmeriaid a manwerthwyr i sicrhau’r safonau uchel iawn a welwn heddiw. Yn aml iawn mae manwerthwyr yn dibynnu ar gynlluniau ardystio ar gyfer proseswyr bwyd a thyfwyr cynnyrch ffres i gadw bwyd yn ddiogel.
Ydy hyn yn berthnasol i gynnyrch ffres?
Felly pan dyfwch gynnyrch ffres, beth yw’r peryglon diogelwch bwyd? Yn y diwydiant bwyd mae pedwar math o berygl yn bennaf. Y rhain yw:
- Microfiolegol – yn bennaf, bacteria sy’n gallu dod o bridd, baw anifeiliaid, yr anifeiliaid eu hunain, dŵr ar gyfer dyfrio’r tir neu olchi anifeiliaid a phobl.
- Cemegion - yn bennaf, plaleiddiaid a ddefnyddir i reoli pla ac afiechydon a metelau trwm sydd i’w cael mewn pridd.
- Halogi neu lygru ffisegol – fel cerrig sy’n cael eu trapio mewn cnydau gwreiddlysiau, dail a brigau, neu ddarnau o wydr a metel o gyfarpar wedi torri.
- Alergeddau – mae 14 alergedd wedi eu datgan yn gyfreithiol yn y DU. O ran cynnyrch ffres, maen nhw’n cynnwys cnau coed, grawnfwydydd sy’n cynnwys glwten, seleri / seleriac, mwstard a ffa’r blaidd.
Hefyd, mae’r posibilrwydd o halogi bwyd yn faleisus a thwyll bwyd yn codi sydd, yn ogystal ag achosi problemau diogelwch bwyd, hefyd yn achosi twyll economaidd.
Crynodeb
Fel y gwelwn o’r uchod, mae cynnyrch ffres yn gysylltiedig â gwenwyn bwyd a gall ladd pobl. Ond gyda’r rhagofalon iawn, gall cynnyrch ffres a dyfwch, a gynaeafwch ac a werthwch fod yn ddiogel.
Mae bwyd diogel yn creu cwsmeriaid hapus ac iach ac yn rhoi enw da i’ch busnes.
Gall gwneud pethau’n anghywir arwain at gyhoeddusrwydd gwael, dirwyon a hyd yn oed carchar.
Yn y cylchlythyr nesaf byddwn yn trafod micro-organebau mewn cynnyrch ffres a rhai ffyrdd hawdd i leihau’r risg.

Cynhyrchir y daflen ffeithiau hon fel rhan o'r Gyfres Hyfforddiant Gwarant Fferm
Casgliad o weminarau, hyfforddiant a chymorth yw’r Gyfres Hyfforddiant Gwarant Fferm. Mae’r gyfres wedi’i hanelu at dyfwyr sy’n ystyried gwneud cais am safonau neu gynlluniau amaethyddol. Bydd yr hyfforddiant yn cael ei gyflwyno gan arbenigwr yn y diwydiant, sef Malcom Laidlaw o ML3 Technical. Mae mwy o wybodaeth am y rhaglen hon ar gael yma: Cyfres Hyfforddiant Gwarant Fferm
